Unlike other stores we dont charge restocking fee.  Please let us know your order number and ring size , so  we get a new ring ready for shipping . Please note personalised engraved rings can't be exchanged. 

Please send us ring with one extra postage paid envelope and your address on it, we will send back the ring in same envelope.
